一、食品亮點及不同的用途 Features and uses

熱塑聚丁二烯電絕緣電纜電纜，兼有高機誡的強度、耐生活環境剛度好、達標率的電力工程功能和耐化學上的生銹等的特點，食品載重量較輕，成分十分簡單，選用快捷。本食品適宜于額定功率相電壓0.6/1 kV輸供電整體，供輸供電能的用法。防火等級型低壓低壓通信電纜的核心特性是低壓低壓通信電纜很難暴炸，或暴炸時延燃僅局限性在相應范圍內內，選用以低壓低壓通信電纜敷設細密成度有點高的發電廠、地鐵站、隨道、領導層房建、大興礦山機械商家、煤田、媒礦等場合。耐火型電覽電線的主要的特征是除開能在日常的的工作標準下發送電力工程外，電覽電線在起火助燃時仍能堅持特定時間的日常自動運行。適于于核電站站、地鐵線路、隧洞、高層住宅房子等與防火等級可靠和消防隊救生有關的的地點。

XLPE insulated power cables, which has high mechanical robustness, good environmental stress, excellent electrical properties and chemical resistance characteristics, is simple in structure ,light in weight and convenient in applicable. This product is suitable for rated voltage of 0.6/1 kV power distribution system, for transmission and distribution of electric energy use. The main features of flame retardant cable is not easy to catch fire,or it can confine the fire in some limited area. There fore the cable is applicable to the places where the density of cable laying is high,such as generating stations, subways, tunnels, high-rise buildings, large industrial and mining enterprises, oil field, coal mine and other places. The fire-resistant cable is besides the power transmission under normal condition, can continue operating normally for some time when it catches fire,so it is applicable to the place which is concerned to the fires safety and fire rescue,such as nuclear power plant,subway,tunnel,high-rise building and so on.

二、制定標準單位 Standards

GB12706或IEC 60502及相關聯的國產外規范。如：BS、VDE、JIS、AEIC等。 IEC60502 and GB12706 or the relevant domestic and international standards. Such as: BS, VDE, JIS, AEIC and so on.

三、在使用屬性 Product features

1、纜線導體大能工作上溫度：正常人正常運作時90 ℃，不導通等問題時（大不導通等問題持續事件事件5 s）為250 ℃。 Max. admissible temperature for conductor：90 ℃ under normal running condition，250 ℃ during short circuit（max. duration not exceeding 5s）.

2、線纜的敷設低些氣溫為0℃，敷設時最少打彎圓弧為：單芯通信電纜20（D+d）±5 %，mm 多芯高壓電纜15（D+d）±5 %，mm 式中：D--纜線的預期外徑，mm d--線纜導體的事實外徑，mm Minimum temperature of the cable laying 0 ℃, the minimum bending radius when laid: Single-core cable： 20 (D + d) ± 5%, mm Multi-core cable：15 (D + d) ± 5%, mm Where：D--Cable diameter mm of the actual d--mm diameter cable conductor of the actual
